Perfume Holding Group has closed year 2010, its first year of presence on the global perfumery market, with a total turnover of 135 M€ and an EBITDA of 13,8 €M equal to 10,2%.

2011 trend shows a small increase of the global turnover reaching 139 €M (+3%) with a stable EBITDA, therefore in line with 2010 results.

The three years plan up to 2013 does not include any strong turnover increase: the group aims to a businnes objective round 150 €M, to a strong rationalization of its products portfolio and to an important improvement of profitability of its brands on which Perfume Holding will strategically focus its growth.

Manufacturing Plant

Perfume Holding is not just a commercial company: beyond developing and distributing its products it also produces most part of them in its manufacturing plant placed in Parma where up to 70 workers are involved in the production process.

By the end of 2011 the factory will be extended with the addition of a new modern manufacturing line: relevant investment has been already approved and released.
