Perfume Holding's 2010 sales up-stick was due to the full integration of its Parma, Italy-based Morris Profumi manufacturing and licensing company and the Paris-based Perfume Holding Sas fragrance licensing firm, resulting in distribution synergies and expansion of business abroad, according to the company.

In 2010, there was a renewed focus on Perfume Holding's existing portfolio, and it introduced a number of products. Recent fragrance launches include Ferrari's Scuderia men's scent, Benetton Colori men's scent and John Galliano Parlez-Moi d'Amour women's fragrance.

Perfume Holding has 15 fragrance licenses in almost 100 countries. Sales abroad made 60% of 2010 company revenues. In October 2010, Perfume Holding signed a joint-venture agreement with Singapore-based Luxasia to coordinate marketing and sales activities in Asia.
